The transport of your parcel

Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours after receipt of your payment. The standard shipping method is Colissimo with tracking and drop-off with signature. It is possible that our storekeeper decides to use another carrier or another delivery format. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include packaging, handling and postage costs. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order (especially for foreign countries, Corsica, French overseas departments and territories...). We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk. Special care is taken to the package.

In order to reduce our impact on the environment, we do not send you paper invoices. When you order you will receive an e-mail with the invoice as a PDF file.

To know the shipping costs of your order, you must identify yourself. They depend on the delivery address and the content of the goods. This is why it is important to inform your delivery department or country in order to know precisely the amount of the shipping costs that will be charged to you.
